Project Description

The City of Sioux Falls developed a fishing access plan in cooperation with the South Dakota Game Fish & Parks Department. The plan identified places along the green way that would make a good place to provide better access to the Big Sioux River for fishing. The project included planning for fishing piers, boat docks, parking, trails, picnic shelters, and seating areas adjacent to the trail and river.
