Spruce Glen Addition Residential Development is located in Dell Rapids, South Dakota and sits on approximately 92 acres of rolling hills surrounding the Rocky Run Golf Course. Spruce Glen Addition offers a variety of executive walk-out and garden view lots on and off the golf course ranging in value between $23,000 and $65,000. The 18-hole course is only a golf carts drive away from any lot within the development. Dell Rapids is a thriving community located just 20 minutes north of Sioux Falls. Stockwell Engineers provided design and surveying services for Spruce Glen that included topographical survey, platting, development layout, street design, overall grading plan, storm, sanitary sewer and waterline layout as well as construction staking.
