Josh Ketcham
Josh Ketcham has provided the basis of many of Stockwell Engineers projects by aiding in the production of an accurate set of construction documents. This essential part of a successful project is provided through his commitment in assuring that plans are presented in a technical and concise manner.
Josh works with those involved in the projects including the engineers, surveyors and the client to receive, process, and produce accurate data to ultimately be used on the project during the construction process. He also aids the survey crews with construction staking and topographic surveys.
Josh is dynamically involved in the daily process to maintain and increase efficiency on the turn-around time of an accurate set of plan documents. He utilizes his valuable experience with programs such as AutoCad Civil 3D, Land Desktop, Land Enabled Map, and ArcGIS to aid in this process. Back to Top

Pam Kruger
Pam Kruger is actively involved in the preparation and organization of most all of Stockwell Engineers projects and is an essential part of the daily functions of the office. She is well versed in programs such as Land Desktop and Civil 3D which she employs to aid in the design of many public and private projects. She is also proficient with Microsoft Office programs which she utilizes to maintain filing, organization of billing, and tracking project time.
Pam’s knowledge and 25 years of experience at Stockwell Engineers Inc. proves to be a valuable means of maintaining consistency and continued quality of projects throughout concept, preliminary design, plan documents, and final completion.
Pam is aware of ordinance and specification and standard design policy and has been dynamically involved in numerous municipal and parks and recreation projects in the City of Sioux Falls and surrounding communities.

Tom Neeser
Tom Neeser has over 40 years of experience in the Railroad Industry. With his extensive knowledge of the railroad industry, He is considered an expert in Design, Operations, Track Rehabilitation, Track Safety Standards, Roadway Worker Safety, and Track Stability.
During Tom's career, he attainted the position of District Roadmaster of the Sioux Falls Subdivision. As roadmaster, he was responsible for the operations maintenance and railroad safety throughout his territory. As a result, Tom is qualified in Maintenance of Way Rules/Operating Rules. In addition, he is also a qualified Federal Railroad Administration inspector.

Mike Patten
Mike Patten is dynamically involved in the successful completion of many projects in Sioux Falls and the surrounding region. From concept to successful completion of these projects, he proves his education and experience in aiding in projects including master planning, site design, irrigation layout and design, planting and landscape design and streetscapes.
Mike incorporates his expertise of visual interpretation of projects by means of software such as Sketch-Up, AutoCad, Photo Shop, Adobe Illustrator, and AutoDesk Impressions to provide a valuable tool for clients to experience the project in three dimensional exhibits. This allows the client to make smart decisions throughout preliminary stages and provides a valuable design tool.
Mike frequently supervises projects with Parks and Recreational Departments in Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities from concept to successful completion. Mike is committed to develop lasting relationships with client’s interest in mind in order to facilitate all of the projects he is involved in.
