The City of North Sioux City contracted with Stockwell Engineers to provide design and construction administration of a new addition to the existing Streeter Drive WTP. The project began with preparing a facility plan to evaluate different treatment alternatives and locations. Then Stockwell assisted the City with securing project funding through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program. The WTP expansion allows the city to meet its future water demands.
